The FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS) electronic batch filing (EBF) system is back up and running. The system had not processed any VEC license and examination session files since early on September 28. ARRL VEC Manager Maria Somma, AB1FM, said she was told that the root cause was a process that had stopped running on an FCC server.
