Effective immediately, Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC) has instituted a new, centralized address for its Incoming QSL Bureau. RAC International Affairs Officer George Gorsline, VE3YV, told the ARRL that hams should no longer send any cards through the provincial QSL bureaus.
