radio works pretty good, receives ok, but on transmit when you key it up, it would appear it goes into some kind of oscillation. I think too many hands have been inside this radio before I got it. to make it get out of this self oscillation you have to turn it off and on, then it is in receive and works just fine. any ideas before this puppy goes back to ranger.
