I am the original owner. With the exception of the 11-meter mod, the radio is naked and unmolested. Clarifier is factory locked and limiters have not been disturbed. RF Power: 2 - 10 watts. 2 Watts = 30 PEP watts. 10 Watts = 115 PEP watts. I do not tinker / disturb radios.
