Receive / Background Noise

I'm using a Galaxy 33 HML in a 2000 Pete. It talks good and I can receive good until I turn on the AM/FM radio. Then I get some background noise in the 33 and sometime it's like the sound of wind blowing through my 33, I know it's weird sounding but it's true, plus it's like my receive is cut in half. I've tried different cb's and they all do the same thing. I don't know for sure but I'm kinda guessing that they're both hooked up on the same power wire because when the key is off you have to still turn each one off.

Any ideas? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
