When I got this radio, it was receiving fine but had an intermittent transmit problem. When I decided to reflow the board, I lost everything. Now I hear a faint and untunable USB channel on all 40 which tells me ive screwed up my vco or pll. I have another 555 that has no receive, transmits perfectly on frequency on all 40 but in receive mode all I get is static and the needle pins. Any help would be appreciated.
