Replacement Batteries

Okay so I recently bought a Icom IC-T81A and a Kenwood TH-F6A and obviously I want to get new batteries, I have found a couple companies (batteriesamerica.com) that offer decent looking replacements as well as drop-in cradle chargers. I was wondering if anyone has experience with these companies, they also make a car charger battery substitute and AA battery cases. I doubt I have much to worry about buying the battery case, but the aftermarket batteries might have some issues, I mean, they claim to be a US. Based and U.S. Owned company, I don't know what U.S based means so. I have had luck with Chinese electronics in the past so I'm not quite sure why I'm concerned but I wanted to run it by the forum. Also I plan on buying a IC-T90A in the near future and will probably encounter the same issue.

I've used them before. It's been a long time, but I don't recall any problems. Keep your old batteries and do a little research on possibly rebuilding them yourself later on.

I unfortunately bought a new factory battery for my Kenwood TH-D72 before I discovered batteriesamerica.com.

Stupid me.

The batteries will basically be the same. Just make sure the new one has the same capacity or more than the stock one. If the stock one is Lithion Ion, be sure the replacement is also.
You should have no problems with the replacement batteries at all.
