replacement mic for courier 23

ok getting ready to hook up my rig and i notice that the turner desk 4 pin plug is too small for the front of my courier 23 radio im going to need a larger size 4 pin plug w/bigger collar to fit, if anyone who has a radio like this does the correct size im looking for have a specific name or size , if i look for a replacement mic what should i look for to make sure it fits thanks a bunch. picking up another courier this afternoon everything lights up but i think the guy said was missing the mic.

Those are getting hard to find. You may be better off replacing the jack on the radio with newer 4 pin female mic plug.

ok went and picked up new to me, old courier 23 and it did come w/ the mic and power cord and radio seems to work or light up but i couldnt key up bcause im now needing an antenna so i can finish the install,
