Does anyone know about these transistors in an old TX600 1 x 4 linear amp?

Were they renumbered by a factory for someone like Palomar and if yes what device are they based on?

Thanks.

My LA-800 had Toshiba's in it, I have seen them with SRF 3800 green dots, and SRF 3795 devices as well.
SRF part numbers were selected Motorola devices that were re-marked for RFParts.
If I remember right, the 3800 was a high gain version of the MRF 492, and the 3795 was a high gain version of the MRF 454.
I do not recall RF 110 or RF 120 part numbers.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
