rfx150 and ssb radios?

No modification required. It receives the key up from the internals of the radio. Don't expect the full 150 from it though.

Needs 30 to 40 watts input for full wattage out. Get the fan kit too!

So it would act like some of the amps with auto ssb delay

No, it would not have the long delay after you unkey. When the mike is keyed the amp is keyed, when you unkey the amp is unkeyed.
