Roger Beep hook up question

I was given a Workman 3-tone roger beep kit without the instructions, can anyone help me wire it to a Uniden President Grant. It has 6 wires, all of which I tried in different combinations

red to 13.8 volts at on off black circut ground
with audio pin or mic gain remove the transmit wire for mic plug solder to tx on beep
wire green wire to where transmit wire was remove the recive wire from ,mic pin wire yellow wire there resolder the recive to rx on beep

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
