sb200 relay always energized

I recently purchased and installed H soft key. NO radio connected, when power is on relay latches, till power is off.
Thought I did something wrong and purchased 2nd SK. Same results. Been trying to work through this (not rocket science.
I have found when removing the yellow SK wire it goes off. Yes the SK is wired right. Any and all ideas would be appreciated.

I remember doing the sofy key mod to an SB-200 and had no such problem. Did you test the amp before installing the mod? Most likely it's the installation if the amp was fine before the mod.

Seems like I emailed Harbach with a aquestion about the sk install and they responded quickly. You may get a quick and simple fix if you email them.

Change the -120vdc PS capacitor. It is probably leaking.
