Two Section Manager elections were held during the winter season, and the ballots were counted at ARRL Headquarters on Tuesday, February 22.

In Virginia, Jack R. Smith, KE4LWT, of Ruckersville received 889 votes, and Terry Buzzard, KA8TNF, of Virginia Beach, received 412 votes. Smith was declared elected and will begin his first 2-year term on April 1. Smith has served as an Assistant Section Em...
