At the request of Needle Bender, I added a Quagi reflector to compare to my Marconi 106c horizontal model. I wanted to see what Eznec indicates about the use of a Quad element for the reflector vs a yagi element.

I tweaked the loop by increasing the distance away from the driven element, and I made the quad loop larger than I expected to get these results. Making the loop bigger and further away from the driven element looks to have raised the frequency into the bottom of 28 mhz. I'll have to do some more work on this model to get it into the CB band.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
