sirio m 400 ground radial angle

Does the sirio m-400 have the same ground radial angle as the original starduster? I think the original had an angle of 17 degrees from the mast. I can't tell if the sirio radials are further away from the mast or are the same as the original starduster.

never measured the sirio but i have seen a few & had my hands on one,
they don't look as steep as the original m400 & m800 radials & the tube is not as good quality.
