I picked up another one of these amps.. I noticed function knobs/switches are not the same.. I don't see anything for SSB use, could someone tell me if it's automatic.. TIA ....

most likely it's AM only...easy to see if it's automatic tho, just get on SSB and see if there's a delay when you un-key.

Which specific model? I have a pretty good personal database of all the "blue faced" variants. The one you referenced in the picture would have an SSB switch.

Power adjust - rheostat variable
Modulator rocker switch version - Modulator/High

I am pretty sure that is an AM only driver style, but if you try it and find out it has SSB delay I would like to know. I don't think it does however.
