Hey Mini-Trucker ? DUDE !! IF your sorry your new , IM sorry IM old :) Your 959 is a very decent radio . Welcome to the Forum ! Don't be sorry your new dude , guys like you keep the rest of us going. Happy Holidays

Ditto, just what the heck did your friend mean? Is he saying it won't work with a Cobra amplifier or is he saying you won't be able to talk to him on his Cobra radio? You can tell him the Galaxy 959 is a 40 channel c.b. radio that is 100% legal. Maybe he thinks you bought an export or something.

In the UK, CB is FM, right?

First I saw London on your location, but then note Ontario, Canada.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
