I agree, it’s hard to buy a used Hf rig for $300

It can be done but yes you will need to look. I paid $250 for the Ft-101ZDmkIII I use every day.

did enough research to see what I want is not available with the budget I have unless I get lucky on something used, will hold off a bit to see if something comes up used , most likely will just go with a SSB 40 channel CB and not worry about extra channels, was comparing the Galaxy 759 and 979, president McKinney, and uniden 980, any feedback on these ? all are in my price range

the mc kinney and uniden 980 are the better ssb radios
