Following in the footsteps of various other states, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed HB 1390 -- a state-level PRB-1 law -- on June 30, effective immediately. ARRL still can't run over the HOA's but I'm sure they're working on a way to do that.

I suppose it's license vs license ^^ ab v c^^ and the voters still have no say
 
When you sign that contract with an HOA you just signed away your 'rights' to have an antenna. It's a legally binding contract. Don't want to give up any antennas to an HOA? Simple! Don't sign that contract. Ain't no way around that, get used to it.
