I am looking for a free tool to streem the auto from my cb radio to the internet I was hopping to listen in on my phone to see how I am getting out to my house from my car. Not while driving of corse ... all so ppl can tune in to it and hear themselves if the skip is right...
I have a spare lowpower pc that I can run 24/7

any how is this ok to do? I am not Borcasting over the CB just rebroadcasting when I hear over the net?
