Some very strong received SSB signals, may grossly "distort" the audio quality.
The following modification will cure this problem!
# Remove C 31 ( . 47 uF )
# Change R 43 ( 10 K ) to 1 K.
# Change R 41 ( 150 K ) to 270 K.
# Change R 47 ( 1.5 K ) to 3.9 K.
All these parts are found along the rear of the 2902 IC
Thats all you have to mod!
