Stryker 497hp

Just ordered a Stryker 497hp from Bells CB. Anyone have this radio and if so how do you like it?

Good strong radio, but not as potent as the previous generation of SR490HP's for some reason. I noticed a slight difference in some of the parts used, haven't seen one put out the wattage I got from my 490 yet. None the less, that famous Stryker audio, and a nice display to boot.

The 497 hp puts out about 120-125 max. Thats fine for me, but I do want that Stryker audio for sure.

if you are running mobile ....yer gonna wanna dim them lights i have the 490 and agree ....the 497 doesn't quite meet the same wattage but it isn't noticeable ...the stryker audio...well thats noticeable

Got mine from bells too, it rocks! Just ordered the stryker 955 , should be here on Monday, can't wait
