I have one and it does what it is designed to do.I haven't had the cover off it but I have been told it is a European version of the Galaxy Saturn.If you need a pic let me know.
 
I'll try to find the time this weekend to pop the hood and I'll take a few pics.I traded an old beat-up but working Icom IC-28 for it.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
