Hello I have a superstar 360 a guy brought me to fix..the radio wont key up at all i have changed several mics.i have changed the driver and the final and put new ones in i changed the audio chip and the voltage reg...all new parts still wont key up......anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.......

It's going to be in the tx chain likely, before the predriver. All you can do is trace it out with a signal trace or if it is not switching into tx at all (when you key the mike it's still rx'ing) then look at the ICs in the beginning to the chain or first few tx'ers in the chain.

Considering a 3900 is twice the radio for $120, I'd say an avg 360 about $60-70
