I am running a station 550 and an anytone 6666 all of a sudden my swr is over 4 when the amp is off 1.2 with the amp on and 1.0 with the amp completely out of line. Anyone have any ideas?

My guess, Pass through tune is out of whack. You could try different lengths of jumpers to see if it makes an affect.

That quad 6 is a hot radio too, not sure what the pass through wattage is on that amp. You could have toasted something with too much powa.
It seems to be a common ussue here lately, people trying to drive amps with too much radio and something always gets jacked up.
I know its not that it worked a few hrs ago no issues been playing it for months
Either the contactor pads on the NC circuit in the relay are arced or the capacitors for the tune have lost their value or come lose, I'd go with the later myself. There's not a whole lot going on during the pass through operation.
