Terminal board for D104

Hello, Does anyone know where I can buy a 8 lug Terminal board for the D104 mic. Did some searching, cant find one. I know its old, however I'm sure many folks still need them. Seen and old used piece of crap on Ebay

Thanks guys, couldn't find an exact match to keep it original. I popped the 4 bucks for a used one on ebay. Its used and original, I can make it new. Thanks to all.
