the very first solid state radio

I've been trying to find out what the very first solid state radio was , and I'm having a hard time finding any information about it . Does anyone know who , or what the very first solid state radio was ?

First commercially manufactured receiver was the Regency TR-1 in 1954.

First all transistor CB? No clue. I've seen an old S9 magazine from December of 1964 that had several manufacturers advertising transistor walkie talkies. So, obviously, sometime before that.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
