I just scored on a nice looking President Washington with some extras it is good shape and I hope it shows up at my door in good shape. So now I have a Turner +2 and +3 to try out and still waiting on the Imax 2K, and thanks to LocoNomads post in the antenna section I found the bottom mount I need to finish my antenna mount project <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=""> I told her at least it wasnt as expensive as the first time <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek"> Only thing left is the ground rod and wire and then hopefully you will hear me shouting out of the foothills of the blueridge mountains YeeHaw

Just wanted to post an update, I have been talking on the radio the past few nights to some locals that hangout up on 27.575 and they say the radio sounds great. I was talking to the CEO (ie my wife) and man do I like that classic Turner+2 sound, Now I know why I always liked the +2. I got to get me a little bit longer coax so I can set it near the ole pooter<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=""> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/wink.gif ALT=""> Didnt realize how much fun it was talking on the radidio <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT="">

I got the longer coax run and am in the process of moving my Little radio by my CPU. I also just purchased a Magnum Delta Force from RR and cant wait to modulate on that bad boy. We (i.e. the wife and me) kinda worked out a happy medium and I get to get a cherokee meter (RR), and power supply (still looking) to finish out what I need <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=""> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=""> But in the mean time I am having a blast rachet gawing on my Washington.
