this isnt really that unusual.
the altoids box instead of a plain aluminum or plastic project box is "kitchy", but its just the standard PLL mod for this chassis. 26.815 to 28.045
at least the modder was nice enough not to drill holes in the radio, so this could be removed later.
i just hope they didnt drill a hole in the back to get the cable thorugh.

seller doesnt say whether or not it works.
