Having issues whenever we try to program the radio all the necessary fields wont highlight for us to complete the programming. We get to a certain point & that's it, we can't move forward in the process.
Have you tried programming it with Chirp or the ODMaster app for your phone? Also make sure that your radio is in "GMRS Mode" if you are specifying the GMRS version of the H8 in the programming software. For example, if you have the radio completly unlocked and then specify the GMRS radio model in software, programming will fail.
Sounds to me like either the wrong H8 model was selected or you needs to check for an update to ODMaster. I saw something similar once and it was because the app and radio firmware were out of sync. Check the app store...
