TM 2570 low power adjustment

I have an oldie but goodie TM 2570. I was trying to follow the user's manual on how to adjust the low power. When I opened up the top cover, the pot trimmer indicated on the manual as VR4 does not conincide with the pot trimmer inside the radio. The pot trimmer indicated in the manual as VR4 is actually the bottom side of VR3.
Can anybody help, please?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
