To Ground Antenna Mount or not?

Hello I have the I-Max 2000 well got some rf in the shack.
May plan is to install a RF choke at antenna but I also been
told to keep antenna mount ungrounded by taping top of mast
I do have 4 tuned radials they are set for 10m coax will be grounded
at tower base. I'd like to hear what some of you think about this
antenna mount not grounded?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
