Well, when one can do it for one's self.... I would say it is a good preventative measure to change them all... maybe the tantalums too.

For instance, my estimate of the caps needed to recap my SBE Console V is just under $20 and that is at retail price! My time is free to me..... I have a great soldering/desoldering station (vacuum)... so why not do it to be sure?

Some of those swapped out caps might fix some problems.... perhaps some you didn't know you had!
