I'll probably be taking this puppy to the shop next week, but in the meantime, should some good suggestion come this way.....

1. Turn on radio and you get audio (SSB hiss) for about 4 seconds then, nada. Turn off radio and wait about 10 minutes and same thing. If you turn it off and back on right away - no hiss (so a brief cooling period is required).

2. Rig receives signals, and transmits without a problems

3. Programming "Beeps" sound just fine

I'm guessing thermal, maybe cap...

Ideas?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
