I have a nice Galaxy 86v that I want to trade for a Uniden 980SSB. My 86v is in great shape and operates without issue. Only thing I did to it was to convert for CB goodness. No other adjustments or mods have been done. I have original mic, bracket and DC lead. I like this radio and get good reports with it.
My reason for trading, is I want to try out my Uniden wireless microphone. I have a new one that I haven't been able to use it. My rig is good presentable condition. Your 980 should be in similar condition. I'm not interested in something all jacked up, greasy chicken fingered knobs and golden screwdrivered tuned. I have OCD and can't stand a crappy radio staring at me.
