Tram D201-A dead key a little to high. Adjustment location?

It's set at a little over 4 watts now would like to get it down to around 2. Any one know where or if there is an adjustment for it?

According to the service manual it says to adjust for 3.8w-4.2w
using those 2 numbers.

PLACE THE METER SWITCH IN S/PWR POSITION AND D201A IN AM TRANSMIT.
RETUNE C711 AND C712 FOR MAXIMUM POWER OUTPUT (3.8-4.2) WATTS
