Transmit/receive problems with wouxun kguv 6d

I cannot transmit or receive on the 70 cm side of the radio.

I tried both computer and keyboard entry.

Ctcss/dcs is either correct for transmit or menu says they are off.

Wide/narrow fm has no effect either.

2 meter side works correctly.

Any ideas.
