TRW transistor info needed

I keep running into these old trw transistors latly-- always the same one-- guess they must have been cheap in the 80's
Anyhow looking for some specs on it-- output,volts, power in etc
Its an old TRW 9803
any and all info is much appreciated

are those the black ones ? I was looking for the same info on them about a year ago or so to no avail )-: they really seem to be a mystery of sorts.

No-- white -- they have a 145 case style
I can't even find any spec at the TRW site

we used to use a mrf-455 stud mount for a direct replacement on those..way back in the day.
