I am trying to build a 39 foot yagi beam 6 element with 2 inch boom and all parts from maco elements I have up to 39 foot of beam any ideas

Thanks matt

Six elements on a 39 foot boom is a little long. The Maco 6 element is on a 31 foot boom. I hope you are planning on having a boom support truss as a 2 inch boom that long is pretty weak. I would use a three inch boom for anything over 30 feet unless you include vertical as well as lateral trusses. As for dimensions why not download the Maco manual and copy the design?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
