OK; the mic shield wire will be on 2. The shield wire will wrap around the audio wire in that mic cable - whatever color it may be - will go to 1. Use some alligator clips to the other two wires and experiment. 3 should be shield for the receive to complete that circuit.
Use an ohm meter between the shield and the other two wires that are left to determine which wire is the mic switch wire.
Mic Wiring for stock 148 GTL 5 pin
1- Audio
2- Shield
3- Receive
4- Switch Common
5- Transmit
Once you get it wired up, maybe you can post the final color code for that mic/radio combo here...
