Turner Mic To Midland Radio

Can anyone tell me how to wire a turner JM+3 Mic to a Midland Model # 13-869 radio. Mic wire colors are white&shield, red, black need to know what pin numbers they go to for this radio: Thank you<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/ohwell.gif ALT=":">

If I remember right it goes like this..............



1.Audio=White

2.Ground=Sheild

3.Receive=Red

4.Transmit=Black

That should do it but!.......

Some midlands may need 3 and 4 reversed,so if radio keys when plugged in switch the connections on pins 3 and 4.
