Turner Super Sidekick?

I have a turner super sidekick that I am trying to wire to a uniden washington. I took the mic plug apart and the mic only has four wires. The colors are Red,White,Black, and Shield. Can anyone help me get this wired to work. Thanks.

Hey Randy,

If it doesn't work with the jumper try it without it. I went through this with my Washington and a D104. I looked on my notes and it said for a Cobra it is required but not always for Uniden.
