hello picked up a uniden madison am/ssb base work really well .has any one had any dealings with one of these radios,it has the led clock.any problems or mods know for these.thanks

You might want to add a freq. meter i did but then i also added some chanels

Um,,,mine came with the digital clock.....later versions did....
anyway,,,I love mine also,,,I have 4,,,1 new in box....2 with original boxes also,,,and on for a bench radio...and i agree,,,,the addition of the counter is a must,if ya do a channel mod and open clarifier,,,
