Hey there, reading this, and other radio related forums has given me the bug again. What I have is an old President AX 711 ( my first 40 channel radio 
) . What I'm looking for, is info re guarding tuning the recieve. What all I've been able to Google relates to turning up the power, so no help there. Would this old radio benefit from the Schottkey diode mod? Just wanting to learn some simple mods, nothing drastic. Thx, Al
