Uniden washington alignment

PC385 main board.
In step 2 of the SM I can't find TEST POINT 16 (secondary winding of L18).
Maybe TP16 isn't marked. If that's the case how do I find the secondary winding of L18?

Have never heard of TP16.

Here is the Service Manual for the Realistic TRC-450, which uses the same Uniden PC-385 board as the Uniden Washington with the MB 8719 PLL and Cobra 142 GTL.

I just printed out the board layout and alignment point pages and seem to match my radio exactly. I think the SM I have is not right. Can't wait to print out the rest of this SM and go thru the alignment again.
I'll keep you guys posted.
