Hi everyone can anyone help with a issue with the uniden washington?Thank you

What is the issue?

Someone put the extra channel mods on the push-button switches on the front of the radio, and wants to put it back to stock.

If it's working fine why remove the channel mod? It can be fun checking out the SSB action above channel 40 as well as AM traffic below channel 1.
