The UP 4014 look good at Sf and Up tracks switch.
No noise just the Diesel engine running. It was doing 40 mph down Valley in City of Ind. They have plan to tow it at 60 mph someone said. So if you want to see it go to opening day before it make the trip.
Was talking to a person that talked to a old fireman of the UP4014 at the fair grounds. When the diesel came in they didn't have the power for long train. Fireman said a train with two diesel would not make it over Sherman grade. So they sent out 1 more diesel and two more after that. They had too fire up the 4014 to push the the whole diesel train over the hill. The fireman had a very big smile when telling the story the person said.
It will coming back in 2022 for the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds 100th. That is in the contract.
