Varactor diode identification help.

I am trying to find a varactor diode with no luck. I am not sure if I am reading it right or even searching with the correct part number. I see a number I2512a.

2VC251 Varactor Diode

I found then on epay 10 years ago but I would not trust the current sellers , try digikey,numark,etc...
