variable power mod for cobra29 lx

I would install a variable pot for the power output but I cant find shemat someone have this mod thanks

Doesn't the new 29 LX model have adjustable power already?
Think it does. Think there is a hack for that radio somewhere on this forum.

I don't think it does but either way the internal "guts" are the same as the previous 29 so there you go with the mod.
