I have an acquaintance with a varmint 750 amplifier. He doesn't own a smartphone and can't send me any pictures. The problem is simple. while removing the top cover in order to get to the tube by removing four screws, he claims there's a separate bottom cover where the capacitors are located and it seems to be riveted on. is that possible? If anyone one of has one of these varmint amps and knows how to remove the bottom cover without having to remove rivets which he claims holds this bottom cover in place as opposed to screws? I've never owned a varmint and I'm trying to help him. Maybe someone here can. Thanks. 73
